Doha, Qatar – September 2026: Yutong,  participated in the Autonomous e-Mobility Forum (AEMOB) 2026 in Doha, in collaboration with the Qatar Free Zones Authority (QFZ), highlighting its commitment to supporting the development of sustainable and innovative mobility solutions in Qatar. 

 Held from September 7–9 at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC), AEMOB 2026 brought together government representatives, industry leaders, technology experts, researchers and mobility innovators to explore the future of electric, autonomous and intelligent transportation. 

Through its participation, Yutong showcased its expertise in new energy mobility and highlighted its vision for the future of public transportation, with a focus on technology, innovation and collaboration with local stakeholders. A key element of Yutong’s participation was its collaboration with Qatar Free Zones Authority, reflecting the company’s growing presence in Qatar and its commitment to developing local capabilities through its manufacturing facility in Umm Alhoul Free Zone. 

 The local facility represents an important step in Yutong’s long-term strategy in Qatar, supporting the development of local manufacturing capabilities and strengthening the country’s position as a platform for advanced mobility solutions. “Qatar is playing an important role in advancing the future of mobility, and we are proud to contribute to this journey,” 

 Yutong’s participation also reflects its broader experience in new energy transportation across the Middle East, where the company continues to work with governments, transport operators and strategic partners to advance the adoption of electric mobility.
