A delegation of China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) headed by Zhuang Xinyi, vice president of CSRC, visited Yutong on May 20, 2012.

Accompanied by Tang Yuxiang, president of Yutong Group, Zhuang and his entourage firstly watched the corporate video and then inspected the chassis workshop, final assembly workshop and experiment center. During the visit, Tang introduced the development history of the company since it was listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange and described its prospective development direction. Zhuang asked Tang about the manufacturing process, production capacity, R&D of products, technical innovation and construction of the new plant from time to time, and exchanged views on the fund utilization progress and capital operation plan.

Zhuang boarded several Yutong show buses displayed on the Tengfei Square in the Yutong Industrial Park to experience the ride feeling. Zhuang praised the school bus of new national standards and hybrid city bus, and recognized Yutong’s innovative spirit and consistent fulfillment of the customers’ demands. He also encouraged Yutong to continuously carry out financial innovation and make full use of the platform of capital market, thus rewarding the investors consistently with excellent performance.

Tang presented a model school bus of ZK6100 to Zhuang prior to Zhuang’s departure. Zhao Zhengping, office director of CSRC, Huang Wei, director of the Legal Dept., Liu Qingsong, director of Henan Securities Regulatory Bureau and other leaders inspected Yutong together with Zhuang.
