490 Yutong buses to be delivered to Ghana
Recently, the first batch of 300 Yutong buses left for Accra, the capital city of Ghana, which also triggered the delivery of the 490-unit order.

Located in western Africa, Ghana has 21 million population and most of its areas are plains. In September of 2008, the first batch of 250 Yutong buses entered into Ghana. Ghanaian President John Kufuor attended the handover ceremony and the national television, radio, newspaper and other media covered the ceremony which obtained a lot of attention in local areas.
After one year of operation, the safety and reliability of Yutong buses as well as its timely and effective service have been highly praised by Ghanaian customers and passengers. In March of 2010, additional 490 units of Yutong buses were ordered. After checking the first prototype bus rolling off the production line in April, the Ghanaian customer was satisfied with the bus quality very much and trusted in the technology and production capacity of Yutong.
Along with the increasing holding of Yutong buses in Ghana, Yutong adjusted and optimized the local spare parts and service network in advance to guarantee the normal operation of the vehicles. At the end of May, 8 after-sales engineers from Ghana obtained a 20-day training in Yutong Training Center and passed the final test with excellent grades. In future, they would become the main force of after-sales service for Yutong buses in Ghana.
It is learned that the remaining 190 Yutong buses would be shipped soon.
